Job summary

Dover Street Market, in partnership with Rose Bakery Front of House, is seeking a confident, customer‑service focused individual who is barista trained to join our team in London. You will prepare and serve coffee and beverages, take orders, and help deliver an exemplary guest experience across food and drink.

This full‑time role requires a 40‑hour week with flexibility for weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• A team player with initiative and a customer‑service focus.
• Strong coffee-making skills and understanding of specialty coffee standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work weekdays, weekends and bank holidays on a full‑time rota.

As a part of the Rose Bakery Front of House team, you will be offering outstanding service toourcustomers, processing coffee,foodand drinks orders, carrying food and drinks from the kitchen to tables, preparing bills and processing payments. We are looking for a confident customer service focused individualwho is barista trainedto join our friendly team.

We are looking for full-time candidates with availability for 40 hours per week.
