The Chancery Rosewood in Mayfair invites talented Baristas to join our luxury guest experience. As a Barista, you’ll craft precision coffees, greet guests, and contribute to moments of connection that guests remember. You will collaborate with floor and kitchen teams in a fast-paced, elegant setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista in a luxury or high-volume setting.
• Strong guest service and communication.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and mise en place.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffees, teas, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, consistency, and artistry.
• Engage warmly with guests, offering personalised recommendations and sharing coffee knowledge.
• Collaborate closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless flow of service, communicating clearly on orders, stock needs, and service timing.
• Anticipate guest needs by recognising preferences, maintaining an organised and welcoming coffee station, and ensuring every interaction feels considered and personal.
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, equipment care, and mise en place, ensuring the coffee station reflects the excellence of the beverages produced.
• Handle guest feedback or concerns with professionalism and care, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive outcome every time.
