Job summary

Dover Street Market in London is seeking a part-time Front of House team member for Rose Bakery. You will deliver outstanding service, process coffee and food orders, and handle payments. Seasonal staff discounts and a friendly team await.

Role requires 16 hours per week, including weekends, with a proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure. Barista training is valued.

As a part of the Rose Bakery Front of House team, you will be offering outstanding service toourcustomers, processing coffee,foodand drinks orders, carrying food and drinks from the kitchen to tables, preparing bills and processing payments. We are looking for a confident customer service focused individualwho is barista trainedto join our friendly team.

We are looking for part-time candidates with availability for 16 hours per week (including weekend availability).

Responsibilities

• Serving customers drinks and food orders
• Providing outstanding customer service at all times
• Creating a warm and inviting environment for customers.
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless service.

Experience & Profile

• A team player, but who also has initiative.
  
• Strong coffee-making skills and understanding of specialty coffee standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays as part of a full-time rota
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience

• Ability to work to set foodservice standards and guidelines andkeep to that standard at all timesthrough a positive attitude andhard work.
