Job summary

The Botanist Marlow is hiring a Server to create memorable guest experiences from the moment guests sit down until they leave. You’ll blend warm, genuine service with product knowledge, attention to detail and a passion for making people feel welcome, while recommending dishes and drinks and building rapport with guests.

You’ll work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service, maintain high standards across every shift, and enjoy benefits like a 50% discount across our venues

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is valued but not essential.

Whether you're recommending a favourite dish, delivering exceptional service during a busy weekend or helping guests celebrate a special occasion, you'll play an important part in creating moments worth remembering.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are passionate about hospitality and guest experience, friendly, confident and approachable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team.

Previous experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress or within hospitality is desirable but not essential.
