The Botanist Chester is seeking an energetic Bartender to join our vibrant team and deliver exceptional guest experiences behind the bar, with a focus on great hospitality and memorable drinks. You’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere, recommend cocktails, and contribute to a lively Friday-night service.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll work with front-of-house colleagues to ensure smooth service, maintain bar standards, and share knowledge about drinks and promotions while upholding

We're looking for Bartenders who love great hospitality, exceptional drinks and creating memorable experiences for guests.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, thrives on guest interaction and takes pride in delivering great service.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service behind the bar.

Your role will include:

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy making people feel welcome.

You'll ideally have experience as a Bartender, Cocktail Bartender, Bar Staff Team Member or within a customer-facing hospitality role. However, attitude, personality and a genuine passion for looking after guests are just as important as experience.
