Compare My Move, the leading online comparison service for home movers, seeks an SEO Specialist to join our enthusiastic and results-driven SEO team.

The Role:

As an SEO Specialist at Compare My Move, you will play a vital role in improving website page rankings, driving traffic, and generating leads. You’ll work closely with our SEO Manager and contribute to the development and execution of innovative SEO strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Performing keyword research to identify new lead opportunities
2. Ensuring SEO best practices are maintained throughout the site
3. Resolving errors or issues that could impact SEO performance
4. Conducting comprehensive SEO audits and identifying growth opportunities
5. Staying up-to-date with search engine developments and algorithm changes
6. Monitoring and reporting on lead, traffic, and keyword positions
7. Utilizing analytics tools to evaluate campaign impact and presenting monthly reports

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and qualities:

1. Minimum of 2 years of SEO experience
2. Results-driven with a genuine passion for SEO
3. Creative problem-solving skills
4. Strong analytical abilities and a love for data
5. Demonstrable experience in improving website rankings
6. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Excel
7. Experience with SEMrush, AHREFS, or equivalent tools
8. Excellent reporting skills and the ability to present to senior management
9. Experience in lead generation (preferred but not required)
