Job summary

Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a SEO & PPC Manager to own the strategy across our multi-site marketing operation. You will drive organic calls, form fills and online bookings from SEO, PPC and Paid Social while managing 3rd party agencies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on improving ROI, aligning content with SEO, and developing a Revenue and Profit ROI model for PPC and Paid Social, with occasional Northampton visits as needed.

• Experience in professional digital marketing or eCommerce environments.
• Experience managing 3rd party paid search, SEO, paid social and affiliates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to optimise ROI.
• Strong commercial and operational mindset with a focus on value.

Responsibilities

• Drive calls, form fills and online bookings from Organic SEO, PPC and Paid Social.
• Rigorous management of 3rd party SEO & PPC agencies.
• Collaborate with teams to improve SEO branding and outreach processes.
• Lead keyword research and align content strategy with SEO improvements.
• Measure and report SEO campaign performance against KPIs.
• Develop revenue and profit ROI model for PPC & Paid Social.
• Adapt PPC/paid social strategies to local practice availability.
• Audit PPC/paid social accounts to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Ensure optimal budget allocation to meet business goals.

SEO & PPC Manager

Location: remote working with 1 or 2 days a month at our Northampton Support Centre

We are looking for a SEO & PPC Manager to join our Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to own the SEO & PPC strategy, you will be responsible for acquiring new patients and new clinicians for practices

What you'll be doing

• Responsibility for driving all calls, form fills and online bookings from Organic (SEO) search & PPC and Paid Social
• Rigorous 3rd party agency management of SEO & PPC agency
• Working collaboratively with the wider teams to improve processes around SEO & brand outreach
• Commission keyword research and align content strategy with SEO improvements
• Measure and report performance of SEO campaigns against KPIs
• Development of a Revenue and Profit ROI model for PPC & Paid Social
• Adapting PPC & Paid Social strategies to local practice availability
• Auditing PPC & Paid Social accounts to identify gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Ensure optimal allocation of resources and budget to ensure outcomes that deliver against business goals

What we're looking for

• Experience within a professional Digital Marketing or eCommerce environment, ideally within a multisite business
• Experience of managing 3rd party Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social and Affiliates suppliers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to optimise ROI and fill practice diaries
• Strong commercial and operational mind set, constantly focussed on delivering value to customers
• Highly analytical and numerate with the ability to convert analysis into tangible business benefits
