Job summary

Walker and Sloan, a fully integrated digital marketing agency in Birmingham, seeks an experienced SEO Manager for a full-time role. You will own SEO, GEO and AEO strategies, conduct technical audits, optimise content, and collaborate with the Paid Search Manager for integrated campaigns.

This client-facing role requires presenting SEO results, leading team members, and coordinating with content, design, PR, and CRO to hit KPIs. Hybrid work with HQ four days weekly. Salary up to £40k.

Qualifications

• Proven agency SEO experience with strong technical and on-page optimisation.
• Experience setting up GA4 events via GTM.
• Familiar with GEO and AI impacts on search.
• Knowledge of PPC and social ads integration.
• Proficient with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee SEO strategies tailored to client objectives.
• Lead technical audits and on-page optimisation.
• Perform keyword research and content planning.
• Collaborate with divisions to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Present SEO performance reports to clients.
• Stay ahead of AI's impact on search and GEO.
