At Blue Array, we are passionate about driving results through effective digital marketing strategies. As a leader in SEO and Digital PR, we are committed to providing innovative solutions that empower our clients. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced SEO Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the role

In this position, you will take full ownership of several client accounts, managing relationships while also being involved in the technical, analytical, and creative aspects that contribute to a successful SEO campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the SEO performance for our clients, working to implement a clear and agreed-upon strategy and roadmap.
  2. Conduct technical audits, perform keyword research, provide content recommendations, and generate reports and forecasts.
  3. Monitor client websites daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure that the SEO channel meets its targets (North Star Metrics).
  4. Build strong relationships within the broader client team, including marketing, in-house developers, content writers, and social media teams.
  5. Identify upsell opportunities within client accounts.
  6. Collaborate with the team to share initiatives, best practices, and results.
  7. Proactively keep up to date with the latest SEO trends; we encourage internal and external speaking opportunities.
  8. Educate other areas of the business that indirectly impact SEO category performance.
  9. There may be a future opportunity to manage an SEO Executive, overseeing their workload and ongoing development.
  10. Work towards clear targets (KPIs) that align with the company’s objectives.

We have a comprehensive induction program designed to teach you the "Blue Array Way," which includes our unique Blue Array Academy. You will receive all the training and tools necessary to help you thrive in this role.

Why You?

We are looking for ambitious individuals with experience in a similar role. Most importantly, we want to connect with those who are passionate about SEO and aspire to develop a career as a specialist.

Key Traits:

  1. A genuine and contagious enthusiasm for SEO and Digital Marketing.
  2. A blend of analytical and creative thinking to craft innovative campaigns.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills that drive results.
  4. A self-motivated attitude; someone who consistently strives for excellence.
  5. Outstanding planning, organisational, and communication skills, enabling you to juggle multiple projects and manage your time effectively.
  6. Commercial awareness, with an ability to envision client success from a broader perspective beyond SEO.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, that inspire confidence and collaboration.
  8. A commitment to exceeding client expectations, fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
  9. Proven experience in embracing ownership and accountability for your responsibilities.
  10. Familiarity with essential SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs) is a valuable asset.
  11. An excellent understanding of traffic and conversion measurement, experience with interpreting such data and deriving insight.
  12. Seasoned at producing in-depth reviews and reporting on business KPIs.
  13. Significant experience in effectively managing your own workload.

We are searching for self-motivated individuals eager to advance their careers, ready to take charge of their development through a personal development plan (PDP) and a continuous professional development (CPD) log.

At Blue Array, a clear progression pathway awaits those who embrace the right attitude and a passion for learning and growth. You will engage in regular performance reviews with your line manager, ensuring your career journey remains on the path to success.

Join our supportive, collaborative, and ambitious community of passionate individuals dedicated to making a meaningful difference for clients. If this resonates with you, you will thrive in this environment.
