We have a very exciting opportunity for a passionate and detail-driven SEO Manager to join one of the UK’s best agencies. We are looking for a SEO Manager with a strong technical background and a genuine hunger for continuous learning and improvement to join the growing team in Leeds!

As a part of a collaborative digital and client service team, you'll be leading the execution, management, and refinement of SEO strategies across a diverse range of projects. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of key accounts, help shape the development of an expanding SEO and technical function, and grow your career within an ambitious agency.

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for technical audits, strategy development, keyword analysis, site optimisation and performance reporting. You’ll support the mentoring of junior team members and contribute to department growth initiatives to enhance service delivery and scale the SEO and technical division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on the planning, delivery, and optimisation of SEO strategies across multiple client accounts.
• Execute technical SEO audits and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Work towards improving organic performance and maximising ROI.
• Identify and monitor key SEO KPIs, producing regular performance reports.
• Mentor and support the training and development of junior team members.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, offering practical solutions to maintain and improve SEO health.
• Collaborate with development, content and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Keep pace with the latest trends, updates and innovations in SEO and wider digital marketing.
• Solid agency SEO experience with a proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Confident with research methodologies, data analysis, and performance evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong numeracy and analytical ability.
• Proactive self-starter with a genuine curiosity and appetite for growth.
