Job summary

Culligan UK is seeking a commercially driven SEO & GEO Manager to own how the brand is found, understood and recommended across search engines and AI-driven answer engines. You will grow high-quality organic traffic, leads and revenue for both B2B and consumer propositions, covering technical SEO, content, digital PR and local search.

You will also build our Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) capability to become a cited, trusted source in AI Overviews and popular assistants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO with clear strategy ownership and measurable commercial results.
• Demonstrable technical SEO capabilities including audits, migrations, structured data, crawl/index, Core Web Vitals.
• Strong content and keyword/entity strategy experience, with topical authority and refresh programmes.
• Experience building authority via digital PR, data-led content or editorial partnerships.
• Proven GEO/AI search visibility experience or credible track record adapting to major search changes.
• Advanced use of GA4, Google Search Console and at least one enterprise SEO platform (e.g. Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Botify, Conductor).
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes from organic search (traffic, leads, revenue, ROI).

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, delivery and measurement of organic search and GEO across B2B and consumer propositions.
• Lead technical SEO, content and topical authority initiatives, plus digital PR and local/multi-location search.
• Drive Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) to position Culligan as a trusted source in AI assistants.
