THG Ingenuity is seeking a driven SEO & GEO Executive graduate to join our Search & Social team in Manchester. You will help plan, execute, optimise, and report on organic campaigns across multiple brands, growing visibility, traffic, and revenue.

Work closely with Paid Media and eCommerce teams to align strategies, supporting site migrations and new client onboards while staying ahead of AI-driven search trends. This fast-paced role offers significant growth and hands-on responsibilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end delivery of SEO strategies for multiple brands.
• Conduct keyword research and SERP analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Perform technical SEO audits and fix site issues affecting crawlability and indexation.
• Collaborate with content teams to optimise on-page content.
• Analyse organic performance using GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Assist with alignment of organic and paid search strategies with Paid Media.
• Support site migrations and new client onboarding with SEO requirements.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and AI-driven search trends.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.
