Qualifications

• Has proven experience producing high-quality written content across a range of formats.
• Ability to research unfamiliar topics and convert findings into engaging copy.
• Experience using AI tools to support research, planning, and quality assurance.
• Ability to adapt writing for different brands and audiences.
• Solid grounding in SEO best practice and content optimization.
• Experience using SEO tools and content planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, edit, proofread, and optimise content across client accounts.
• Adapt content for different brand voices and audiences while meeting briefs.
• Use AI tools to support research and content production with sound judgement.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to improve visibility.
• Support digital PR campaigns with research and topic development.
• Upload and quality-check content in client CMS systems.
• Collaborate with SEO strategists, PR specialists, and writers.
• Review peers' work and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage workflow using project management systems and meet deadlines.
