You'll publish and maintain digital content across campaigns, resources, photography and stories, while applying SEO, CRO and A/B testing to improve user journeys and conversions. Collaboration with paid media will help drive impact.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience managing website content.
• Experience using Umbraco or similar CMS.
• Excellent copy editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to improve search visibility.
• Knowledge of UX and CRO.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day content across our website and app using Umbraco (CMS).
• Publish and maintain engaging content across campaigns, resources, events and governance.
• Ensure content is accurate and aligned with the organisation's tone of voice.
• Maintain intuitive website navigation and content structure.
• Review and refresh content to stay up to date.
• Upload and format media and resources across platforms.
• Apply on-page SEO and conduct keyword research to guide content planning.
• Monitor search performance and identify opportunities to improve visibility.
• Create and optimise high converting landing pages to support campaigns.
• Identify ways to improve user journeys across digital platforms.
• Plan and implement A/B tests on key pages and donation journeys.
• Track website performance using analytics and reporting tools.
