Job description

We are Unsworth Sugden Group (USG), a full-service advertising, design, digital, PR and social media agency, based on the edge of Leicester. We've been serving clients locally and nationally since 1976 and are proud that many of our clients have worked with us for decades. We see this as a testament to our commitment to building strong relationships and consistently producing high-quality work.

Our clients operate predominantly within the property and construction sectors, and we work with some of the UK's highest-profile housebuilders and developers.

The agency is in an exciting period of growth. We are looking to appoint a new member of the digital team to support our clients' investment in SEO and GEO. The new team member will be client-focused and want to deliver real value to our clients, not just tick boxes.

THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing SEO function within USG. You will be delivering best in class SEO support to our key clients, including household names and PLCs. We are looking for someone who can bring a performance-led approach to high-profile agency accounts.

You will be the key point of contact for your clients, leading the relationship while also delivering the work on the account. The role is hands-on across technical SEO, content SEO and generative engine optimisation (GEO), helping our clients grow their visibility across both traditional search and large language models (LLMs).

Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, you will produce and present monthly reports, turn data into clear recommendations and help shape how we deliver search as the landscape continues to evolve.

We are looking for an ambitious individual who wants to grow alongside our accounts and who is willing to learn and adapt themself to the changing SEO landscape. A self-starter, you will continue to upskill in advancements in the AI search landscape, bringing new insights and recommendations to your clients and the wider agency.
