An outstanding firm of Chartered Accountants in Leatherhead is on the lookout for their newest member of the senior team to look after a portfolio of clients and manage the accounts team.

Responsibilities
  • Providing accounting, tax, and business advisory services for a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Assist clients with tax planning, cash flow forecasting, and financial modelling
  • Prepare and review year-end financial statements in line with UK GAAP / IFRS
  • Assist with some audit work where necessary
  • VAT returns, corporation tax computations, and personal tax filings
  • Review and finalise work completed by junior staff, providing training and mentoring
  • Liaise with HMRC on tax queries, compliance matters, and regulatory changes
Qualifications

A successful candidate for this position does not need to be fully qualified but needs to be able to demonstrate good leadership skills and a driven mindset. Any qualifications will be reflected in salary.

The selected candidate must have prior practice experience and live within a 1 hour commute.

Salary is up to £55,000 + bonus + benefits. Higher salaries can be discussed. This is a Full-Time Hybrid Role.
