Sennies Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a live-in caregiver with SEN childcare experience to support a family on a long‑term basis. You will combine childcare with household tasks, including cooking and coordinating routines, school runs, and after‑school care.

The role requires initiative, independence, and a warm, patient approach. A driver and a car are provided; live‑in accommodation includes a double bedroom and own bathroom. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years SEN childcare experience.
• Confident, enthusiastic cook for the whole family.
• Patient, resilient and proactive, able to work independently.
• Confident supporting Autism/ADHD with EHCP/1:1 school liaison.

Responsabilités

• Support morning routine and school run, Monday to Friday.
• Provide afternoon and evening care for the children.

• Term time: approx. 38 hours per week (roughly a 7am–8pm span, with a break once school and household tasks are done)
• School holidays: longer full days, approx. 12 hours, in line with the school's holiday pattern
• Occasional paid weekend overtime, by mutual agreement
