Caxton Youth Organisation is seeking a Deputy Head of Programmes (Senior Youth Worker) to lead, support youth workers, and deliver high-quality sessions for disabled young people aged 11-25. The role requires professionalism, empathy, and strong safeguarding and programme delivery knowledge.

You will help develop inclusive activities, support participation, and assist with holiday programmes and residentials, including overnight disturbance cover when required.
