• Provide innovative, exciting and accessible youth work and projects for disabled young people aged 11-25.
• Develop and deliver inclusive activities.
• Support the young people to participate in activities and thrive at Caxton.
• Support the delivery of our holiday programmes and residentials, providing overnight disturbance cover when needed.
