Over the next three years and beyond, we aim to reach more disabled young people and become more youth-led and you could help make that happen.

We are hiring a Deputy Head of Programmes [Senior Youth Worker]. We are seeking someone who wants to lead, support youth workers, and work as part of a team to deliver excellent, high-quality sessions. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate high levels of professionalism, excellent skills for empathizing with people, and solid understanding of safeguarding and programme delivery.
