Job summary

Youth Connect South West (YCSW) is seeking a Senior Youth Worker to lead engaging youth programmes in Westfield and detached work across BANES, empowering young people and shaping futures.

You will oversee a small team of staff and volunteers, deliver energy-filled sessions, and work a pattern that includes afternoons and evenings across Bath & North East Somerset. Travel between locations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Leading youth sessions in BANES

• Ensuring smooth session delivery with a clear plan and positive energy
• Working a pattern that predominantly covers early to late evenings, with some daytime hours
• Travelling independently to multiple locations to deliver high-quality youth work where it’s needed most
