Top Tier Investment Bank is seeking a senior WPF C# .NET developer to lead the UI strategy for a low-latency eTrading platform. The role focuses on high-performance UI, end-to-end delivery, and mentoring a global team across multiple desks.

Strong expertise in WPF, multi-threading, and low-latency data handling is essential, along with excellent communication and collaboration with regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Expert in C# and WPF with dispatcher and data binding under high-frequency updates.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Organize multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience in complex UI development with multi-threading and low-latency messaging.
• Experience with Linux/Unix/Solaris and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Git and transport protocols (TCP/WebSocket), Refinitiv, Tibco Rendezvous.
• Experience with debugging/troubleshooting on Linux/Windows using profiling tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and delivery of high-performance eTrading UI.
• Lead and mentor UI development team across onshore and offshore locations.
• Manage end-to-end development stream: roadmap, sprint planning, dependencies.
• Architect and govern the UI layer for low-latency, high-throughput data handling.
• Collaborate with regional/global tech partners to deliver quality UI products.
• Engage with end-users to capture requirements and feedback.
