Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Team Leader
• Strong technical knowledge of gearboxes, motors, engines and rotating equipment
• Hands‑on stripping, inspection and repair of mechanical components
• Ambitious and ready to progress into a Workshop Manager role

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 11 engineers
• Drive productivity, quality standards, and operational processes
• Deliver training and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and suppliers
