Odin Recruitment Group is seeking a Workshop Manager in Scunthorpe to lead a team of five engineers and drive productivity, quality, and continuous improvement in a hands-on leadership role. You will coordinate across two sites, ensuring high standards and seamless technical support for customers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in a supervisory role and strong knowledge of gearboxes, motors, engines, pumps, and rotating equipment, with hands-on repair experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Team Leader (or similar).
• Strong technical knowledge of gearboxes, motors, engines, pumps, and rotating equipment.
• Hands-on experience with stripping, inspection, and repair of mechanical components.
• Ambitious and ready to progress into a Workshop Manager role.
• Comfortable with travel and working across multiple sites.

Salary: £50,000 - £54,000 + 10% Bonus + Overtime + 33 Days Holiday

The Opportunity
