Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a Works Manager for a prestigious rail and highway project based in Peterhead. This short-term contract requires decisive leadership, robust safety focus, and the ability to drive multi-disciplinary teams to hit critical milestones.

You will oversee subcontractors and direct workforce, manage site logistics, RAMS compliance, and daily briefings, with an emphasis on Zero Harm. Immediate start with contract through 18 December 2026.

• Demonstrable experience leading multi-disciplinary site teams on rail/highway projects.
• Strong focus on safety, RAMS compliance, and Zero Harm initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
