Change Grow Live is seeking a Service User Involvement Lead (Senior Practitioner) for Nottinghamshire. You will champion coproduction and participation, shaping design, delivery and evaluation with input from service users, staff and partners.

We're looking for an inspiring and passionate Service User Involvement Lead (Senior Practitioner) to help ensure that lived and living experience is at the heart of everything we do across our Nottinghamshire services.

This is an exciting new senior role, created to amplify the voices of the people who access our services and to ensure their feedback drives meaningful, visible improvements. If you are passionate about coproduction, engagement, and empowering people to influence decisions that affect their lives.

About the Role

As our Service User Involvement Lead, you will champion innovative approaches to coproduction and participation, creating opportunities for people with lived and living experience to shape the design, delivery and evaluation of our services.

You will work closely with service users, staff, partners and communities to strengthen involvement across the service, ensuring that feedback is heard, valued and translated into tangible action.

Through your leadership, you will help build a culture where people feel empowered to share their experiences and influence positive change.

The Details:

Role: Service User Involvement Lead - Senior Practitioner

Location: Nottinghamshire

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

• Demonstrate the impact of service user involvement through improved experiences and outcomes.
