Job summary

Scrumconnect Consulting in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work closely with HR stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions.

You will configure Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Recruitment, run client workshops, translate business needs into Workday

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Workday HCM implementation experience.
• Proven 2–3 full lifecycle Workday implementations.
• Strong functional configuration expertise in Workday HCM.
• Experience with BPF, security configuration, and Workday reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management with HR teams and leadership.
• Ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM implementations and system enhancements.
• Configure and support Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruitment.
• Conduct client workshops to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional Workday solutions.
• Prepare and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
• Support data migration, integrations, and testing activities.
• Provide guidance on best practices and process optimisation.
• Collaborate with technical, integration, and reporting teams.
• Mentor and support junior consultants where required.
