Job summary

Cognizant in the United Kingdom is seeking a Workday People Experience (PEX) Principal Consultant to lead design, configuration, and delivery of PEX solutions, driving user adoption and engagement across the workforce lifecycle.

You will mentor teams, run workshops, support pre-sales activities, and collaborate with HCM, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Change Management, and Integrations to deliver cohesive employee experiences. UK residency and SC clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Active Workday PEX Certification preferred.
5+ years of Workday implementation experience.
Experience leading Workday PEX, HCM, Talent, Learning, or Employee Experience workstreams.
Strong understanding of employee experience, engagement, self-service, onboarding, and talent processes.
Experience with Workday Today, Journeys, Help, and related capabilities.
Experience supporting pre-sales activities including estimations, proposals, and presentations.
Strong consulting, stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead PEX workstreams on medium to large Workday implementations.
Design and configure Workday PEX solutions including Workday Today, Journeys, and Help.
Mentor consultants and analysts, providing coaching and leadership.
Support testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
Contribute to business development with solutioning, estimations, and customer presentations.
Collaborate with HCM, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, and Integration teams.
