You will lead a specialist team, drive adoption, and partner with IT, Finance and our AMS provider to deliver a connected ecosystem of processes and insights.

• Significant hands-on Workday HCM experience in a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to lead Workday development and optimisation initiatives.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills to build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday platform strategy, roadmap and priority enhancements.
• Lead a small specialist team and coordinate with IT, Finance and AMS partners.
• Develop and evolve People data, reporting capabilities and insights for leaders.
