Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Payroll Consultant (Senior Associate) to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday payroll solutions for a global customer base. You will collaborate with team members, work independently, and translate customer requirements into practical payroll solutions while upholding quality and security standards.

You will support junior colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement of tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UK operational payroll experience.
• Strong Workday Payroll knowledge and any specialist capability.
• Customer-focused consulting background with relationship building.
• Clear communicator with credibility in remote settings.
• Ability to work in remote teams and with minimal supervision.
• Able to plan workload and meet deadlines.
• Adheres to high quality, accuracy and confidentiality standards.
• Eagerness to learn international regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to rotate across Consulting and AMS delivery services.
• Travel to customer sites in the same region if required.
