Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Senior Associate Workday Payroll Consultant to implement and configure enterprise Workday solutions for our global client base. You will plan work, collaborate with team members, and work independently to meet client needs.

You will translate customer requirements into scalable Workday Payroll configurations, while mentoring more junior staff and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong experience of UK Operational Payroll, minimum 5 years.
• Very good understanding of Workday Payroll and any specialist capability.
• Customer-facing consulting experience with the ability to build relationships.
• Clear communicator able to operate credibly in remote settings.
• Able to work in remote teams and independently without supervision.
• Proven ability to plan workload, meet deadlines and maintain quality.
