Job summary

MiQ is seeking a permanent Senior Workday Integration Architect to lead the enterprise integration strategy. You will own the long-term roadmap for Workday FINS integrations, modernizing from legacy, file-based processes to high-performance API-driven designs across billing, projects, and contract streams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Workday Studio integration development experience.
• Experience building BIRT documents for multi-entity, multi-currency invoicing and HR-related documents.
• Strong knowledge of Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP and Java.
• Experience transitioning from legacy file-based integrations to API-driven designs.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration architecture for Workday FINS modules (Billing, Projects, Contract feeds).
• Lead modernization from file-based processing to API-driven web services.
• Collaborate with HR Ops, IT and Finance to map and govern cross-domain data streams.
• Design, test, and deploy production-grade integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs and XSLT.
• Manage security, key configurations and secure transport for international data flows.
• Provide root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for integration issues.
