Job summary

MiQ is seeking a permanent Senior Workday Integration Architect to join the ERP team as the expert for enterprise platform ecosystem. You will own the long-term roadmap, stabilisation, and modernisation of core integration networks, shifting from legacy file-based processing to high-performance API-driven designs.

Lead Workday Finance and HR integration efforts, ensuring data accuracy and scalable architecture across global operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Studio development and debugging experience.

Responsibilities

• Own design, configuration, and stability of large-scale Workday integrations for FINS modules.
• Lead modernization of file-based integrations to API-driven services.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, IT, and Finance to map and govern data streams.
• Develop, test, and deploy production-grade integrations with Workday tools.
• Manage security configurations and data transport across borders.
• Perform root-cause analysis on integration failures and implement fixes.
• Liaise with stakeholders on BAU requests and tickets.
