Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Workday Extend Consultant to lead design and delivery of Extend-based solutions for EMEA customers. You will shape architectures that combine Extend apps, agents, orchestrations, and integrations, and mentor colleagues in AI-assisted development.

Based in Paris with options across major EU hubs, this hands-on role requires deep experience in Workday Extend and modern integration patterns, plus fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in enterprise software implementation and solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing and building solutions on Workday Extend or equivalent enterprise extension platforms.
• Fluency in English and strong communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of Workday Extend solutions for EMEA customers.
• Architectures combining Extend apps, agents, orchestrations, and integrations.
• Mentor colleagues in Extend and AI-assisted development and share learnings with product and engineering teams.
