Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Workday Extend Associate Manager to guide global clients in implementing cloud-based HR solutions and extensions. You will contribute to rapid deployments, transform processes, and collaborate across client teams, Workday, and Accenture to deliver value.

You will leverage GenAI-enabled accelerators, participate in pre-sales activities, and lead a team of Extend consultants while promoting best practices in the Workday Extend ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Existing and up to date Workday HCM and/or Financials, Integrations and Workday Extend certification.
• Experienced in architecting, designing and developing Workday Extend applications.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize and analyze requirements using Workday Extend.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements and manage a team and client interactions.
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Share leading practices and experiences on developing Workday Extend applications.
• Host workshops and lead discussions to define tailored Extend applications meeting client requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions with clients to conceptualise and architect the Extend application.
• Deliver requirements and design documents to developers.
• Manage and guide a team of Workday Extend consultants.
• Liaise with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve robust solutions.
• Engage in (pre-)sales activities to shape offerings for prospective clients.
