Job summary

IC Resources Recruitment in Bristol is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead development of wireless communication products for commercial and defense sectors. You will coordinate RF, hardware, firmware and software teams to drive programs from concept to production and support next‑generation connectivity solutions.

The role is based in Bristol with a hybrid work model, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

Experience managing complex engineering projects within hardware-focused environments.
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary product development involving RF systems, PCB design, embedded software, and firmware.
Experience managing projects through the complete product development lifecycle, including manufacturing readiness.

Responsibilities

Managing complex hardware and software development projects from feasibility through to production.
Coordinating teams across RF, embedded software, firmware, PCB, and mechanical design disciplines.
Overseeing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Working closely with operations and manufacturing to support new product introductions and production transfers.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and external partners.
Providing clear project reporting and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
