Job summary

IC Resources is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a Cambridge-based role with hybrid working. You will lead technically complex hardware projects across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain, from concept through customer delivery.

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you’ll own plans, schedules, budgets and risk, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers at key review stages (KO, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR).

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience delivering physical hardware projects.
• Strong customer-facing experience: leading reviews, meetings and reporting.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Engineering, Ops, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain).
• Familiarity with PM methodologies and tools (MS Project, Jira)

Responsibilities

• Lead technically complex hardware projects from concept through to customer delivery — working across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Own project plans, schedules, budgets and risk, while acting as the key point of contact for customers throughout the product lifecycle (KO, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR).
