Job summary

Onyx-Conseil in Farnborough, Hampshire, is seeking a Wireless Network Engineer (Solutions Engineer) to act as the senior escalation point within the NOC. You will design, deploy, optimise wireless and network solutions, conduct Wi-Fi surveys, and contribute to project delivery across a diverse client base.

Featuring a CCNA certification and strong Wi‑Fi expertise, you will mentor junior engineers and deliver professional services including installs, upgrades and migrations.

Qualifications

• CCNA certification (in-date not required).
• Strong Wi‑Fi and wireless networking experience.
• MSP or service desk background preferred.
• Ekahau experience beneficial but not essential.
• Able to commute to Farnborough five days a week for six months.
• Full UK right to work and five years UK residency.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior technical escalation point within the NOC.
• Design, deploy and optimise wireless and network solutions.
• Deliver professional services including installs, upgrades and migrations.
• Conduct Wi‑Fi surveys and produce technical documentation.
• Mentor and support junior engineers.
