Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is recruiting experienced Welders for the Net Zero Teesside Power project in Teesside. You will contribute to delivering high-quality welds on process and mechanical piping systems, including carbon and alloy steel pipework.

This site-based role requires proficiency with welding procedures, specifications, and coded welding in large industrial environments. You will join a major engineering and construction programme supporting the UK's energy transition.

Qualifications

• Experience welding process and mechanical piping systems.
• Experience with carbon and alloy steel pipework.
• Ability to work to approved welding procedures and specifications.
• Weld coding in major industrial environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Weld process and mechanical piping systems.
• Work on large and small-bore pipework.
• Work to welding procedures and specifications.
• Participate in testing, completion and commissioning environments.
• Collaborate with pipefitters and construction teams.
