Albert’s Standish is seeking a Senior Wedding and Events Coordinator in Standish to drive sales and coordinate events, from weddings to corporate happenings. You will lead a small team, communicate clearly with clients, and ensure every detail is precise and to the client’s satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar wedding/events role is essential.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail required.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable weddings and events.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries (corporate, social and wedding) promptly and professionally.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell during enquiries.
• Maintain a high conversion rate of enquiries to sales.
• Conduct client show rounds and appointments with venue knowledge of menus and packages.
• Produce detailed proposals for prospective clients and contracts for bookings, liaising to ascertain precise event requirements.
• Coordinate with the operational team to hand over event details with precision so service meets/exceeds expectations.
• Manage outsourcing of provisions for each event when required.
• Understand financial aspects and work with the Senior Coordinator on sales targets.
• Organise and participate in Wedding Open Days and Wedding Fairs at the venue.
