Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior Web Developer for the TRANSAXpay Payments team. You will build web applications ranging from consumer payment pages to merchant APIs and internal tools, shaping global commerce.

You'll work with clients to understand needs and support integrations with our services. A background in payments/fintech is a plus, with a hybrid model based around Birmingham, UK.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS and JavaScript for web applications.
• Experience building REST APIs and using Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with J2EE components, databases (Oracle) and build tools like Gradle or Maven.
• Knowledge of Linux environments and version control with Git.

Responsibilities

• Develop web-based applications from consumer to merchant APIs and internal tools.
• Collaborate with clients to understand integration needs and support system integration with Global Payments services.
