Ss&C Technologies Holdings is seeking a Senior Director, Wealth Operations & Transformation to lead the Wealth Operations function. The role focuses on scalable, technology-enabled operating models, automation, and superior client outcomes across Wealth Platforms and related services.

Responsibilities include overseeing platform operations, governance, risk management, and transformation programmes. You will collaborate with Technology, Product and Commercial teams to shape future platform

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience across Wealth Management or Asset Servicing.
• Experience leading large transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulated businesses and outsourced operating models.
• Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outsourced platform service delivery across operations (onboarding, trading, settlements, client servicing, reporting).
• Provide executive leadership across all Wealth Operations functions.
• Define and execute the Wealth Operations strategy and operating model.
