Job summary

Ss&C Technologies Holdings, Basildon, United Kingdom, seeks a Senior Director to lead Wealth Operations and Transformation. You will drive strategic leadership for Wealth Platform Operations, complex wealth client servicing, and outsourced platform operations, shaping a scalable, technology-enabled operating model focused on excellence and growth.

• Experience leading complex operational environments.

• Strong understanding of FCA regulated businesses and outsourced operating models.
• Executive stakeholder management and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outsourced platform service delivery across operations (onboarding, trading, settlements, client servicing, reporting).
• Provide executive leadership across all Wealth Operations functions.
• Own operational delivery for Wealth Platforms and Outsourced Wealth Platforms.
• Define and execute the Wealth Operations strategy and future-state operating model.
• Lead large-scale transformation programmes delivering automation, AI adoption, workflow digitisation and process simplification.
• Drive productivity improvements, cost optimisation and operational efficiency.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, operational resilience and risk management.
• Partner with Technology, Product and Commercial teams to shape future platform capabilities.
• Own operational governance, service performance, client satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
• Develop leadership teams and succession pipelines.

What You Will Get To Do:

The Senior Director, Wealth Operations & Transformation is accountable for the strategic leadership, operational performance and transformation of the entire Wealth Operations function.

The role has responsibility for Wealth Platform Operations, Complex Wealth and High Net Worth client servicing, Outsourced Wealth Platform Operations, operational risk and control environments, and service delivery functions.

The role will lead the development of a scalable, technology-enabled operating model focused on operational excellence, client outcomes, automation, efficiency and sustainable growth

• Develop high-performing leadership teams and succession pipelines.
• Lead an enterprise-wide transformation agenda focused on automation, robotics, artificial intelligence, straight-through processing, workflow optimisation, data analytics and digital self-service capabilities
• Deliver measurable reductions in cost, operational risk and manual effort whilst improving scalability, service quality and client experience

What You Will Bring:
