Job summary

Acrylicize is seeking a Wayfinding Designer to lead projects from brief to completion, shaping spatial information and brand storytelling within built environments. You will work with architects, designers and fabrication partners, delivering comprehensive sign systems, wayfinding guidelines and final artwork.

We value strong typography, layout and information design, with a focus on accessibility and scalable guidelines for multi-site rollouts across global clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a wayfinding or environmental graphic design role.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Information Design, Environmental Graphic Design or related discipline.
• Portfolio showing wayfinding or environmental graphic work.
• Strong graphic design skills with typography, layout and information hierarchy.
• Translate insights into clear design solutions for spaces.
• Experience developing wayfinding guidelines for multi-site/global rollouts.
• Confidently present concepts to clients and teams.
• Adobe Creative Suite expertise (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Read architectural plans and understand spatial information.

Responsibilities

• Lead wayfinding projects from brief to completion.
• Liaise with clients to establish briefs, deliverables, schedules.
• Conduct circulation planning and user journey analysis.
• Develop clear wayfinding guidelines for multi-site rollouts.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, manufacturers and partners.
• Produce final artwork and design packages.
• Ensure accessibility, legibility and buildability across schemes.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy.
