Job summary

Applied Information Group in London is seeking a Senior Wayfinding Planner to lead the development of complex wayfinding strategies for interior and exterior environments.

You will work with design teams to translate research into clear, effective solutions while balancing project deadlines. The role includes mentoring junior staff and contributing to winning new work, with flexible arrangements including home working.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in wayfinding, transport, urban planning, architecture, masterplanning or urban design.
• Relevant degree in planning, civil engineering, urban design, architecture, geography or design.
• Proven experience advancing projects related to land use, architecture, movement or user experience.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement through public consultation, market research or similar processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of complex wayfinding strategies for interior and exterior environments.
• Work with design teams to implement clear and effective solutions that balance competing demands.
• Grow the business by helping win new work and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Travel domestically and internationally for location-based work, meetings and presentations.
