Job summary

Acrylicize is seeking an Environmental Graphic Designer to contribute across the project lifecycle, from concept through to installation, collaborating with the Design and Production teams and fabrication partners.

You will bring a background in illustration and environmental graphic design with a strong portfolio. Hybrid working is offered, with a schedule that includes studio time and remote days, plus opportunities to mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• A degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Hands-on experience with environmental design projects (environmental branding, architecture, signage or similar).
• Experience with wayfinding systems is advantageous.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Mentoring junior studio members.
• High attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all project phases from concept through installation.
• Collaborate with Design and Production teams and fabrication partners.
• Develop ideas into fully formed designs for spaces.
• Present concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Review and refine ideas with Creative Director.
