Job summary

Network Plus Group is seeking an HSEQ Manager - Water to provide specialist health, safety, environmental and quality support across water infrastructure projects. The role ensures alignment with HSEQ objectives across design, construction and commissioning within the UK water sector, working with the central HSEQ team and client interfaces.

• CDM Regulations and Principal Contractor assurance.
• Temporary Works compliance knowledge.
• Environmental awareness and QMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSEQ & CDM guidance to contracts.
• Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations and PCI prep.
• Develop Construction Phase Plans (CPP).
• Lead and coach project teams on safety, quality and environment.
• Oversee HSEQ plans, audits and incident investigations.
