Qualifications
- Familiarity with UK flood risk and drainage policy (NPPF).
- Experience delivering consultancy projects with programme, budget and quality focus.
- Practical use of hydraulic modelling software (Flood Modeller Pro / TUFLOW).
- Hydrological analysis using FEH methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with ReFH2 and WINFAP.
- Competence in GIS (QGIS) and MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of water, flood risk and drainage consultancy projects to time and budget.
- Undertake hydraulic modelling assessments using Flood Modeller Pro and/or TUFLOW.
- Carry out hydrological analyses using FEH methods and related tools.
- Apply NPPF and UK policy knowledge to project assessments.
- Contribute to reports and Environmental Statement chapters as needed.
- Assist with drainage strategies and SuDS.
