Job summary

Veolia is recruiting a Contract Manager - Water Industry to lead the Gibraltar water contract from Tidworth/Aldermarston, covering the South Region with bi-monthly travel to Gibraltar. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong contract, operations and safety oversight.

You will oversee delivery on two sites, manage a dedicated team, drive performance, maintain key client relationships and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, while delivering against budget

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar contract management role.
• Knowledge of water operations and water quality.
• Experience in senior/complex maintenance roles.
• Contract management experience within the water industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Gibraltar water contract management and support regional growth initiatives.
• Oversee operational delivery and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare performance reports for management and clients.
• Manage team performance, training and health & safety.
