Morson Group in Reading (sites across the local area) seeks a Wastewater Process & Network Analyst to apply technical expertise to improve environmental and regulatory performance across sites.

The role combines wastewater process knowledge, data analysis and stakeholder engagement with clients and regulators, including the Environment Agency, delivering improvements and supporting MCERTS and reporting.

Qualificações

• Experience in wastewater treatment processes.
• Experience with wastewater networks and asset performance.
• Experience with CCTV network investigations and MCERTS monitoring.
• Experience working with regulatory bodies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership across wastewater treatment works and networks.
• Analyse wastewater network performance and identify improvements.
• Review operational data and produce technical reports and recommendations.
• Present findings and improvement plans to clients and stakeholders face-to-face.
• Work with the Environment Agency and support environmental compliance.
• Support operational teams with technical guidance and troubleshooting.
• Use wastewater network investigations, including CCTV surveys, to identify issues and solutions.
• Support MCERTS compliance activities and monitoring requirements.
• Contribute to wastewater improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Share knowledge and provide technical support to colleagues.
